Industrial holdings are the origin and central focus of the company. Most of our future efforts will continue to be concentrated in this area.

• We invest only in companies whose business we understand.
• We only purchase investments if we can directly or indirectly contribute through subsidiaries (either market or product based) to the achievement of greater synergy.
• Return matters more than turnover.
• We consider investing in small to medium-sized companies.
• All investments are carefully considered. We aim to develop healthy companies which work consistently and independently.
• We are not interested in selling companies after a short time.
• We do not allow our companies to become heavily indebted.
